- Section-8 Company Details
Are you driven by the desire to create meaningful social change? If you are planning to establish a non-profit organization in India, a Section 8 Company offers a credible and structured framework to turn your philanthropic vision into reality. Designed for organizations focused on social impact, this legal structure combines transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability.
A Section 8 Company, governed by the Companies Act, 2013, is a non-profit entity formed with the objective of promoting activities such as education, social welfare, charity, research, art, science, sports, environmental protection, religion, and other public benefit initiatives. Unlike profit-oriented companies, any surplus generated by a Section 8 Company is reinvested solely to advance its charitable objectives, with no distribution of profits to members.
